1. Go to the start menu and choose settings and control panel .

2. Double-Click in the Administrative Tools icon.

3. Double-Click on Services.

4. Double-Click on DNS Client.

5. Where it says Startup type: it probably will have Automatic. Click on Automatic and select Disabled from the Popup menu.

6. Under Service status:, Click on Stop and OK at the bottom.

7. Close any windows that are still open.

8. If you have been using a 363-XXXX or 364-XXXX number in Grand County switch back to 887-1106. These other numbers may be discontinued or a charge for using them may be added to your account.
