Normal access rates $22.00 per month - This plan offers the full services of Internet. It offers 28.8 kbps unlimited active time access through a PPP Protocol, and one email account.
The basic access account is for business or personal use, includes 1 email account and a total of 3 Megabytes of disk memory total for email and Web pages. All calls are local, so there will not be any long distance charges ever billed to use the internet. Any time required to assist in setup of web pages or onsite equipment setup will be billed at a guaranteed rate of $25 per hour. The connection is to 33.6 bps modems and the speed may be limited by your computer and the telephone lines supplied by US West. 56K - V.90 access is available to some locations at NO extra monthly charge. We also offer Frame relay 56K and T1 accounts, and dedicated dialup accounts. Additional business services such as web page design, support, domain name hosting are available.
STARTUP Cost -No charge - There is a minimum startup pre-payment of 3 months. This is non refundable.
At home or Business configuration, setup, and training - $30 - this will insure you are setup properly to get on the Internet. It also includes training on the basic uses of web browsing and email. It is an introduction to using the Internet. About 1 to 1.5 hours of time is spent making sure you are up and running on the Internet. This is done by appointment only and usually by independent consultants; or ourselves when time allows.
The first three months payment will be due at account startup up. Billing will always be for the next period and due prior the start of the next period. All partial months will be prorated from the startup date until the first day of the next month and show in the next billing statement. For prorating purposes, all months will be considered as 30 days. Payments must be received prior to usage in any period. Past due accounts may be disabled until receipt of payment.
You must notify us prior to the start of a new month that you wish to terminate an account in order not to be charged for that month!

All commercial accounts will have a home page listing in our Grand Count Web site and will be linked in any of our listings. Through our page registrations you will be listed in most search engines. All Commercial accounts signed up for 6 months or more prepaid will have on site installation at no cost. This includes the licensed version of Netscape Navigator. All commercial accounts can ask for Internet consultation at no cost.

We will work with you to find the most affordable way for you to use the internet and also promote your business with it. A second personal account for the Business owner is available at a 50% discount off the Normal account rate.
