Follow this proicedure to set the proper setting. (Sorry No screen shots) Open Etourage. Click the Windows menu and select Accounts, click on rkymtnhi account and choose edit account. Then choose sending mail and advnanced settings In this window you will then see "SMTP Server requires authenication". The box in front of it must be checked! Then click on the Save settings, which will close the window. At this point you can send email from anywhere. You may have to close the program and restart the program for the settings to take effect. |
