GCIS - EMAIL what program and version

First determine if you are using Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator, or Outlook Express. If you use another program you know more about it that I do! If you are using Internet Explorer and Outlook express on the Mac you may run into problems and should contact me. If you are using netscape, it is easy, during the Netscape startup it flashs the version on the screen.

If you Know you are using Netscape and are unsure what version, you can go to Help and choose about Communicator and then a version number will come up.

Once you know what program or version of Netscape, go to one of the following choices

Netscape 2 or 3	Netscape 4.0x	Netscape 4.5 up
	Outlook Express 4.5	Still don't know call for help
