You can use the control Panels

You can make a default selection in the Control Panels for either Windows 95 or Windows98 from the START as follows:

Choose the Internet Icon

WINDOWS 95 - Choose the Navigation Tab and fill-in as shown

WINDOWS 98 - Choose the Navigation Tab and fill-in as shown

INSIDE INTERNET EXPLORER

From Internet Explorer (3.0 shown)in Windows 95, pull down the view menu item,
and choose Options as shown below:
