Under the Edit menu item at the top choose
Preferences
In the window that pops up, it will show as follows.
This is an ideal time to set the default home page where it says
Location.
On the left side should be Identity and under that Mail
Server.
If they are not showing click on the plus sign next to Mail
& Groups to show them.
Go down the left items until you find Mail
& Groups.
Right under that should be Identity and under that Mail
Server.
If they are not showing click on the plus sign next to Mail
& Groups to show them.
If you click on Identity, your email address should be
set as follows:
If you click on Mail Server, set the mail
server values as shown.
You can set the Outgoing Mail server and it's user name here.
To set the incoming mail server, go to the next step.
To set or Change the Incoming Mail Servers, click on the name
of the server (mail.rkymtnhi.com)
Then Click on Edit to it's right.
Set Netscape Incoming mail server as shown,
you can also set Netscape to remember your password. here.
If you click on the POP tab, you see this.
Do not change these settings.
If you click on OK once, you can set the
windows settings.
We recommend the settings as shown.
When done click OK
to save these changes.
Once you are done changing these
options, you can check by sending your self an email at rkymtnhi.com,
wait about 5 seconds and get mail again and it should have come
back to you. You will have to enter your password when you go
to pickup mail
