Problems, Contact us!!

We occasionally have calls from someone who tells us their neighbors or subdivision are having similar issues as them, and that many people are unhappy. They are usually the first person in an area to call. Sometimes the issue is that they are trying to do more then what their speed plan allows,  Other times there are equipment issues that we need to go out and fix. While we only hear this a handful of times this year, we wanted to clear up a few things in hopes that unhappy customer's reach out to us directly, so that if there is an issue with the service, that we can fix it.

1. Unless there is a major outage, which generally don't last more then a few hours, we do not know if you are having trouble with the service unless you contact us. Please reach out at the first sign of any issues so we can troubleshoot. This will avoid frustration building on your part and we will be able to track down the issue.

2. Most of our problems relate to streaming videos or slow internet while devices upgrade their operating systems.  We do not control what speeds all the new streaming services and devices require. Netflix alone has increased speed multiple times throughout the years. XBOX’s, Playstations, smart phones, and computers regularly require large upgrades which use up the full speed of a service for hours on end. We provide set speed plans, if you are having issues, call us, and we can figure out if it's an issue on our end with the equipment, or if you are trying to use more speed than what your plan is set to.

3. We understand that we may be the only option for some people in an area, but that doesn't mean that you should be unhappy with the service. We want you to get the speeds you pay for, and if you aren't, we need to figure out why.

4.We are a local small business, so our pricing is higher then competitors like Century Link or Comcast. CenturyLink receives government funds to reach into areas. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about that.

5. If at any point you feel like the words are too "techy" and you don't understand what we are talking about, let us know. It's our job to understand frequency, bandwidth, mhz, ghz, interference, mbps... Since it is our job. and although some people understand those terms, it's 100% understandable if you don't.  There are plenty of things that we don't know outside of the internet. We will try to explain internet terms as non-techy, as you need, in order to understand them.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service please reach out. Of course, feel free to reach out if you are happy with them as well! If the issue is with our equipment, we will fix it. If it is an issue that you need faster speed, we will let you know. It is our goal to provide the best service we can, within our limitations. Don't be afraid to call or email us. It is never a bother and we would rather catch an issue early on, than have anyone struggling with their service.
